Our working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays, except bank holidays.
If you send us a query, we’ll reply within 2 working days.
24 hour monitoring
We use 24 hour automated monitoring to detect issues that could affect the performance or availability of the platform and forms made with it.
If this monitoring detects a critical issue, we will investigate within 45 minutes.
